Is this a hands-on training day?
No. The Clinical Shadowing Day is fully observational. You will not be performing treatments or receiving practical instruction. The purpose is to observe real consultations, clinical decision-making, and clinic operations in action. This allows you to gain authentic insight into day-to-day practice without the pressure of participation.
Will I be able to ask questions during the day?
Yes. While the day is observational, questions during live clinics are kept minimal to protect patient flow and confidentiality. A dedicated one-hour debrief and full Q&A session is scheduled at the end of the day, allowing time for in-depth discussion around clinical reasoning, prescribing decisions, business operations, and professional development.
Do I need prior aesthetics experience?
No prior aesthetics experience is required, but you must be a registered medical professional or aesthetic practitioner. The day is suitable for beginners exploring aesthetics, as well as experienced practitioners seeking to refine their understanding of clinic standards and flow.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. You will receive a certificate of attendance confirming your participation in the shadowing day. Please note this is not a competency-based qualification, as the experience is observational only.
