We understand that circumstances may change. Please read our policy carefully before booking.

Deposits

All course deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• More than 28 days’ notice:
  You may reschedule your course once at no additional cost.
• Less than 28 days’ notice:
  No refunds will be issued.
  Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion and may incur a fee.

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend without notice will result in full loss of payment.

Academy Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered:

• A transfer to another date, or
• A full refund

Important Notes

• All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing.
• We strongly recommend arranging appropriate insurance and flexible travel where possible.
