These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, training courses, and services provided by The Academy At Aeternum (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a course, you agree to the following terms.

1. Course Bookings

  • All course bookings must be made via our official website or approved booking channels.
  • A booking is confirmed only once payment (full or deposit) has been received.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Eligibility for Training

  • Some courses are restricted to qualified medical professionals or individuals with relevant prior training.
  • You may be required to provide proof of qualifications before attending.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission if eligibility criteria are not met.

3. Course Fees & Payment

  • Course fees are clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • Payment may be required in full or as a deposit to secure your place.
  • Outstanding balances must be paid prior to the course date.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your place if payment is not received by the agreed deadline.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

4.2 Cancellations by You

  • More than 28 days before the course:
    You may reschedule your course once without penalty.
  • Within 28 days of the course:
    No refunds will be issued.
    Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion and may incur an additional fee.

4.3 Failure to Attend

Failure to attend a booked course without prior notice will result in loss of all payments.

5. Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made in writing.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
  • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to:

  • Insufficient bookings
  • Trainer illness
  • Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, you will be offered:

  • An alternative date, or
  • A full refund of any payments made

We are not liable for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).

7. Course Content & Certification

  • Course content is delivered in line with current industry standards and best practice.
  • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course.
  • We reserve the right to withhold certification if required standards are not met.

8. Practical Training & Insurance

  • Some courses involve practical elements on live models.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you obtain appropriate insurance before practising independently.
  • We are not responsible for your practice following completion of training.

9. Professional Conduct

  • Students are expected to behave professionally at all times.
  • We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
  • No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Liability

  • We accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by our negligence.
  • You attend courses at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials are the property of Aeternum Aesthetics Academy.
  • Materials must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
